A. For the following situations,you enjoy 12 months (From the date of B/L) guarantee of free
repairing or replacement service on our supply cylinders: (But we do not take for any annex
responsibilities)
- Welding parts causing fracture
- Material reason causing cylinder fracture
- Rod chrome layer defect causing trachoma or peeling
- Cylinder leaking oil, leaking oil inside
For the following situations, you will not enjoy free repairing or replacement service even during
the guarantee time:
- Improper operating or damaged artificially.
- Smashed by careless operating or carrying during transportation.
- Rod surface smashed, nick; Rod body bending & fracture.
- During Guarantee time, disassembly or replace other un-standard seal kits or components
without agreement.
